i will take on a cap diaster of a team. post teams that need fixing and i will fix one or two of them

You might want to focus on fixing the teams you have rather than attempt to fix/ruin other teams.
You've managed to get yourself into Cap Troubles repeatedly from what I've heard & seen.
Just my opinion.
